- Start your journey from Guwahati in the morning and make your way towards Dirang, a picturesque town located in the West Kameng district of Arunachal Pradesh.
- En route, visit Bhalukpong and the Tipi Orchidarium, which houses over 500 species of orchids and other rare plants.
- Visit Dirang Monastery.
- Reach Dirang/Sangti Valley by evening and spend the night in a hotel, homestay, or campsite.
- After breakfast, start your journey towards Tawang, which is around 130 km from Dirang/Sangti Valley and takes about 5-6 hours.
- On the way, you can visit the Sela Pass, a high-altitude mountain pass at an elevation of 13,700 ft.
- Also, visit the Jaswant Garh War Memorial, located near the Sela Pass and dedicated to a brave soldier who fought in the 1962 Indo-China war.
- Reach Tawang in the evening, check into your hotel, relax, and spend the night in Tawang.
- After breakfast, start your sightseeing tour of Tawang.
- Visit the famous Tawang Monastery, the largest monastery in India and the second-largest in the world.
- Visit the 14th-century Chagjam suspension bridge.
- Visit Khinmey Monastery.
- Also, visit the War Memorial, dedicated to the soldiers who sacrificed their lives in the 1962 Indo-China war.
- Later, visit the Urgelling Monastery, the birthplace of the 6th Dalai Lama.
- In the evening, explore the local market and enjoy some shopping.
- Return to your hotel and spend the night in Tawang.
- After an early breakfast, start your journey towards Bumla Pass, a high-altitude mountain pass at 15,200 ft, located on the India-China border. Enjoy the stunning views of the surrounding mountains and valleys.
- On the way, visit the beautiful Madhuri Lake, also known as Shonga-Tser Lake, famous for its scenic beauty. The lake was renamed after the shooting of the Bollywood movie Koyla, and many other films have been shot here.
- Visit PTSO Lake, a popular tourist destination offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. The lake is surrounded by snow-capped mountains and lush green forests, making it a picturesque location for photography and nature walks.
- In the evening, enjoy the light and sound show at Tawang.
- Return to Tawang in the evening and spend the night there.
After breakfast, start your journey towards Bomdila, which is around 180 km from Tawang and takes about 6-7 hours.
On the way, visit the beautiful Nuranang Falls (Jung falls), a spectacular waterfall known for its rainbow effect splashing over sheer rocks into the Tawang River.

Reach Bomdila in the evening and check into your hotel. Relax and spend the night in Bomdila.
